About The Project
Our collaboration with One Nine Elms and Holland Park Development involved the integration of prefabricated pipework and packaged plant systems into complex infrastructure projects. Leveraging advanced design and engineering techniques, we delivered high-quality solutions that maximised offsite efficiencies and ensured safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engineered skids, designed by WMS, maximised offsite efficiencies and were modelled using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess lifting and deflection, ensuring safe installation.
- Workshop-standard fabrication and quality control processes were employed to deliver high-quality components that met project specifications.
- Phased deliveries and project management oversight, led by experienced and qualified engineers, ensured seamless integration and adherence to project timelines.
- Dimensional and welding inspections, conducted by qualified inspectors, ensured compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Planned loads and timed deliveries, including FORS-approved deliveries to site, minimised disruption and facilitated efficient project execution.

Challenge
The project presented numerous challenges, including the need to develop complex systems integrating prefabricated pipework and packaged plant units. Key challenges included ensuring material suitability, pressure validation, and compliance with stringent safety and quality standards.

Solution
Utilising Revit software, we developed detailed 3D models to facilitate design development and ensure seamless integration of prefabricated pipework and plant systems. Material validation was conducted to verify suitability for pressure and pipe medium, while fully logged and traceable materials and welding processes ensured compliance and transparency.
