Our Services

Professionals skilled in onsite and offsite pipework prefabrication, installation, and packaged plant, demonstrating technical proficiency.

Expertise & Approach

Since 1999, we have provided offsite solutions to a diverse customer base, leveraging our extensive experience to help clients make informed decisions about where and how to use packaged plant and prefabrication for maximum project benefits.

Our process typically begins in the early design stages, identifying areas and systems best suited for prefab/offsite construction. This involves selecting the most cost-effective and installable materials and jointing systems while considering lead times, availability, ease of installation, cost comparisons with traditional methods, and compliance with specifications. When client specifications are flexible, we can recommend best practices.

If the design is already advanced or finalised, we can quickly provide costing, a final review, and move straight into production. With our 20,000 sq. ft. workshop and large production team, we offer fast turnaround times and nationwide delivery from our centrally located facility in Yorkshire.

Advanced 3D Modeling & Installation Support

For projects using 3D Revit models—common in larger buildings—we can overlay coordinated fabrication models to ensure components will fit within allocated spaces, can be manoeuvred through access routes, and can be handled safely using mechanical lifts or manual methods. These models are then developed into installation maps for site teams, with the following:

  • Clearly logged, labelled, and tagged components
  • Setting-out information to simplify distribution and installation
  • Seamless cross-referencing between physical components and digital models

Each component tag also links to indexed manufacturing data, including material specifications, weld logs, quality checks, and delivery records. We understand that managing high volumes of prefab and offsite components can be challenging, especially when cross-referencing multiple drawings, lists, delivery notes, and models. To streamline this, we offer a free-to-use app on request, allowing site teams to scan component codes and instantly access relevant information via phone, tablet, or PC.

Manufacturing, Quality & Compliance

Our workshop operations are tightly controlled, with real-time digital progress tracking. Quality is embedded in our process, with multiple inspections logged throughout manufacturing. These records can be provided as part of project handover documentation, ensuring transparency and compliance with specific quality requirements.

The advantages of offsite fabrication are well known, but from our perspective as manufacturers, the key benefits include controlled working conditions and constant oversight, which significantly improve quality and efficiency.

We have extensive expertise in manufacturing stainless steel and carbon steel pipework, which has evolved to include frames and enclosures for packaged plant. Our team ensures all welders are certified to approved procedures and welding specifications. We also hold BS EN 1090 EX 2 certification for steel frame fabrication and modifications.

Skilled Team & Customer Commitment

Our workforce includes experienced installers who have honed their skills on-site and now bring that expertise to the assembly floor. Our management team is equally well-versed in specifying and delivering pipework systems, plant rooms, and electromechanical assemblies. On the shop floor, we have a Responsible Welding Coordinator/Inspector and an additional Welding Inspector, both committed to delivering "right-first-time" quality.

We take pride in building strong client relationships and securing repeat business through our commitment to quality, innovation, and problem-solving. We also love a challenge—if you have a project where we can help, get in touch!
